Comfortable house set on the ridge of a hill rising from the wide plain of the Sienese Valdichiana a few kilometers from Sinalunga. This is the most important town in the area with shops and services of all kinds. The house is set in one of the most beautiful areas of Tuscany and is an excellent base from which to visit historical and cultural centres of Southern Tuscany and Central Italy, thanks to its proximity (10 min. by car) to major routes, such as the road linking Siena and Perugia, and the motorway junction Valdichiana. Around the house lies a completely fenced garden, well-stocked with flowers and equipped with outdoor furniture and barbecue. At the back of the house in a sunny position there is a beautiful 6 x 12 m. pool. Furnishings are good quality and comfortable. Mountain bikes.
