Beautiful stone villa set amongst the olive clad hills above the ancient medieval town of Monte San Savino. The town is full of interesting and important buildings dating from the Middle Ages to modern times. During the year there any many cultural events which attract tourists from all over Italy and Europe. From both the garden around the house and the rear terrace there are lovely views across the Val di Chiana from Arezzo to Monte Amiata. To one side of the garden equipped with outdoor furniture and barbecue, there is a 6 x 12 meter swimming pool with bathroom with shower.
