OUR
CATALOGUE
is designed to give you as much information as possible.
You will clearly find shown the name of the house, the
nearest town where there are shops and services, the
size of the house and its location. It is important
to read this information very carefully, firstly the
general information and then the exact details of each
house or apartment.
THE
SYMBOLS
alongside each description clearly show the details
of each house, including the distance from the nearest
town and also where to find sports and leisure centres.You
can find a description also selecting LEGEND
from the main menù.

NUMBER
OF BEDS.
The number of beds and sofa beds available are clearly
shown. |

The
accommodation is suitable for 4 people. If requested
an additional 2 beds can be put in the bedrooms
or in other rooms without any increase in price. |

|
The
accommodation is offered for 8 people but has room
for up to 14. The price refers to 8 people and a
supplement will be charged for each additional person. |
The
number of guests should not exceed the maximum number
shown, except for babies up to 3 years old for whom
guests supply their own cot and linen or make the necessary
request at the time of booking.
FINAL
CLEANING.
For most of the houses the cost of final cleaning is
not included in the rental agreement and guests must
pay directly to the house owner the sum shown in our
official price list. In any case where payment for final
cleaning is not obligatory guests must make sure that
the house is completely clean before leaving, paying
particular attention to the kitchen. Where final cleaning
has not been satisfactorily carried out the house owner
has the right to deduct Lit.20.000 per person from the
deposit held by them.
ARRIVAL
AND DEPARTURE.
Arrival is normally on Saturday afternoon between 3pm
(15.00) and 7pm (19.00). If guests for whatever reason
are going to arrive later than this they must telephone
our office, number 0575 842434, before 7pm (19.00).
In order that the house can be prepared for new arrivals
guests must depart between 8am and 10am on Saturday
morning. Arrivals and/or departures on days other than
this must be notified in advance.
BED
LINEN AND TOWELS.
In most houses the cost of bed linen and towels is included
in the rental agreement. Where the cost of bed linen
and towels is not included in the rental agreement this
is clearly marked in our price list. Guests may either
bring their own bed linen and towels or order them at
the same time as their booking paying Lit. 20.000 per
person for each change of bed linen and towels.
FURNISHINGS
AND EQUIPMENT.
All houses are furnished according to the individual
owner’s taste and have sufficient equipment to guarantee
a comfortable stay. Cutlery, plates and china vary according
to the standard of the house. It is very rare to find
electrical kitchen equipment such as blenders, toasters
and kettles and we clearly indicate whether there is
a washing machine and/or a dish washer. Many houses
have TV, some with satellite dish, once again clearly
shown in the symbols alongside the house description.
WATER,
ELECTRIC LIGHT AND GAS
for bathroom and kitchen use are always included in
the price. Electric power (3Kw at 220V) is more than
sufficient for normal use. Almost all the houses have
independent wells so the water supply generally causes
no problems. Some houses are connected to public mains
and in especially hot and dry periods the supply may
be restricted.
CENTRAL
HEATING
is never included in the price. The cost can be found
in the price list. The symbols show the type of heating
(central heating or stoves). For rentals from October
to April we recommend those houses with central heating
since during this period the heat from stoves is normally
insufficient.
ROADS
in Tuscany, especially in hilly areas and the Maremma,
are not always asphalt and although normally passable
can have difficult sections.
All
COMPLAINTS must be made in writing to the office
of EURO CASA Srl and to the Agent where the booking
was made, within 48 hours of arrival or at the latest
before 18.00 (6 p.m.) on the Monday following arrival.
Complaints not in writing or not made within the time
limits above cannot be considered. Where a complaint
is received within the terms above the client must allow
EURO CASA Srl sufficient time to resolve the problem.
When a client does not follow the above procedures and
who leaves the property rented by them before the end
of the rental period does so at their own risk and forfeits
any right to eventual compensation for hotel rooms,
other accommodation or any other expense incurred. In
the case of any disagreement the competent authority
shall be the Court of Arezzo.
INSURANCE:
The EURO CASA company, through a prestigious Insurance
company, have available an Insurance Policy for all
of their properties that covers: - Damage that could
eventually be caused by the property to its guest -
Damage that an occupant could cause to the property
and its furnishings Full details about the policy are
available on request both from EURO CASA or the agent
with which you have booked your holiday.
