Who We Are

Welcome in Tuscany and in Umbria !

I'm Spanish of origin but I was born in Belgium. However, my studies and my job have created a bond of affection with France. I've lived the first chapter of my life in these countries, but, one day, I met a young Italian man… from Tuscany…. At present, I'm living in Tuscany, in a small village of the Val di Chiana, near Arezzo, together with my husband and my two children. It was not difficult to fall in love with this extraordinary region that changes scenery at every season without losing its charm. The green hills and the wide fields of sunflowers, the plains, the colours, the monuments and the history, the people, the gastronomy together with its well-known wines… all these characteristics inevitably arouse the envy of tourists. After the experience of living in big towns, attractive for a lot of good reasons, I'm more and more convinced that I'm lucky to live in these Tuscan earths. We cannot obviously forget cities of art as Florence, Siena, Pisa, Arezzo but not even some small enchanting villages as Cortona, San Gimignano, Caprese Michelangelo…. which are today famous for celebrities such as Michelangelo, Piero Della Francesca, Dante, … who were all born in this region.

Tuscany has another big advantage: its nearness with Umbria. Umbria is also unique for the natural beauty of its landscapes characterized by mounts, hills and plains, rivers and cascades, vineyards and olive trees. But Umbria also owns a prosperous history thanks to the permanence of Etruscans and Romans some centuries ago. Today, we can relive deep emotions while visiting cities like Assisi, Perugia, Gubbio and Orvieto and we can also taste the authenticity of Umbrian gastronomy, preciously preserved.

In co-operation with Eurocasa s.r.l., a specialized Tuscan agency in the rental of holiday homes in Tuscany and in Umbria, I propose you catalogue with a selection of more than 450 homes, all of them rich of charm and tradition. This catalogue is an assortment of villas, apartments, farmhouses and holiday homes most of them with private swimming-pool. I have visited most of these homes, which join the tradition and the simplicity of once to the comfort and the convenience of nowadays, in order to help the traveller in his choice and to let him feel at home. All the houses are carefully selected and pleasantly furnished to assure a wonderful stay among the Tuscan and Umbrian countrysides. Some of them also offer additional services for the clients as the use of mountain bikes, tennis, sale of typical products, … or a small restaurant inside. Furthermore, all the houses of our catalogue are located near the main cities of art and tourist interest of Central Italy.
